NCAAF Odds had the Badgers opening as 6-point favorites and they have been bet up to 8-point favorites, with the over/under total at 50, up from the opening of 48.5. On the moneyline, Wisconsin is a -250 favorite and Michigan State a +300 underdog.
Wisconsin has become one of the favorite bets for College Football Betting fans, as the Badgers are not only unbeaten at 6-0 straight up, but money in the bank with a 5-1 record against the spread. With their potent offense, ranked No. 1 in the country, they have also been a favorite of “over” backers, cashing at a 4-2 clip on the over.
Wisconsin beat the Indiana Hoosiers 59-7 in its last game last Saturday, and cashed as a 38-point favorite, while the score was over the total of 61.5.
Michigan State has not been too shabby either, going 5-1 straight up and 4-2 against the spread. The Spartans have been good to “under” bettors, as four of their five games have stayed under the total.
The Spartans beat state and conference rival Michigan Wolverines 28-14 last Saturday, and covered as a 3-point favorite and the score was under the total of 47.5.
On the injury front, Wisconsin LB Nick Hill is out for the season (knee), and fellow LB Marcus Trotter (hamstring) and tackle Dallas Lewallen (knee) are questionable. Michigan State OL Blake Treadwell (knee) and DE Tyler Hoover (ankle) are both listed as questionable.
Head-to-head, Michigan State is 4-2 SU in the last six meetings with Wisconsin.
