College Football Picks at SM Picks sets up the first two BCS Bowl Games on Monday, starting with the Rose Bowl featuring the No. 10 Wisconsin Badgers and the No. 5 Oregon Ducks clashing at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena (5 pm ET, ESPN).

Scott Matthews, one of the most respected sports handicappers in the business, is offering his picks for this game as part of SM Picks’ College Football Bowl Picks package.

NCAA Football Odds have Oregon as a 6-point favorite while the over/under total is at 72.

Unlike many teams that find themselves facing each other in NCAAF Bowl Games, the Ducks and the Badgers have a head-to-head history – but it’s been more than a decade since they met. The Ducks beat the Badgers 31-28 on Sept. 1, 2001 but failed to cover the spread as a 13.5-point home favorite.

The Badgers (11-2 SU, 7-6 ATS) won the Big Ten Championship Game on Dec. 3, beating the Michigan State Spartans 42-39 but failing to cash as a 9.5-point home favorite. The Ducks (11-2 SU, 6-6-1 ATS) beat the UCLA Bruins 49-31 on Dec. 2 but failed to cover as a 31-point home favorite.

The second BCS Bowl Game on Monday has the No. 4 Stanford Cardinal and the No. 3 Oklahoma State Cowboys meeting in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl at the University of Phoenix Stadium (8:30 pm ET, ESPN).

College Football Betting odds have the Cowboys a 4-point favorite and the total at 73.5.

Stanford (11-1 SU, 10-2 ATS) doubled the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 28-14 in its last game on Nov. 26, cashing as a 7-point home favorite. Oklahoma State (11-1 SU, 9-3 ATS) hammered state-rival Oklahoma Sooners 44-10 on Dec. 3 to win the Big 12 Conference Championship. Oklahoma State covered the spread as a 3.5-point home favorite.
